Puppy Adoption Procedure 
 

All Puppies are $1300.00 each and come with Limited AKC Registration Applications. For pricing for Full AKC Registration, contact us.

 

First Step

• Contact us and get on our email list! It's Free! Being on the email list will give early notification on upcoming litters before we post it on our website or Facebook page. (We will not spam or share your email)

 

Step Two

• Are you ready to adopt? Join the waiting list by paying the initial deposit. The cost is $50.00. This is payable by check, money order, cash, Venmo or CashApp. This deposit becomes part of the full payment of the dog. After getting on the Waiting List, the new balance for your puppy will be $1250.00.

• The waiting list is first come first served. See disclaimer about this below.

 

Step Three

• When a litter is delivered we will contact you & confirm that you are still interested. 

• Your new puppy will have a check-up & get their first round of vaccinations by our veterinarian. They will also be dewormed and microchipped before they go home with you. We do not vaccinate in house as most vets will not accept it and will require you to start the first round over. This is for peace of mind and to save you money.

• At 6 Weeks you may come to view the litter and pick out the puppy of your choice. At that time a second deposit of half of the remaining balance is due ($625.00) and we will mark your choice as "Reserved". Your new remaining balance will be $625.00. This second deposit is payable via check, money order, cash, Venmo or CashApp.

• At 8 weeks, you as new puppy owners, are invited to come pick-up your new puppy. You will pay the remaining balance at this time and sign your contract. This payment is only payable with cash.   Contingency Disclaimer

If, after you join the waiting list, you change your mind and choose not to adopt from the most recent available litter, you will be moved to the bottom of the list. 

If there is no communication from you via text/phone call/email after 1 week of attempts to reach you, we will move you to the next litter's waiting list. This will count as you passing on the litter. Each client is allowed to “pass” up to 3 times in a 2-year time frame. If you have not chosen a puppy within 3 attempts or 2 years you will forfeit your deposit and be removed from the waiting list. If you decide you still want a dog, you will have to pay the waiting list fee again and start the process over from the beginning.
